This highly collectable armchair is a fine example of one of Lucian Ercolani's earlier designs dating to the late 1950's. He moved to Britain and founded Ercol in the early 1920's. Ercolani was renowned for simplifying design using sleek and stylish lines. Typical features are the use of beautiful Beech wood which he manipulated to bend and curve creating beautiful fuss free furniture.
This chair is soooo comfy perfect for lounging in, reading a book or to sit as a unique dressing table chair. It is very deep and wide allowing for extra wiggle room!
